These terms govern your use of Midwest Casting Call (the “Site”), operated by A Classic Car Sale LLC, 6481 Lincoln St, Gagetown, MI 48735 (“we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
What the Site is
The Site is a listing board where casting directors, producers, and other organizations (“Posters”) share casting calls, and actors find them. We are not a talent agency, manager, casting director, or employer. We don’t represent actors, guarantee any role, or take part in auditions, hiring, or payment.
Posting casting calls
- You must be authorized to cast the project you post, and the information must be accurate.
- You may not charge actors any fee to audition, register, or be cast, or request money, financial details, or government ID numbers through a listing.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your production, including labor, child-performer, anti-discrimination, and union rules.
- We review posts before publishing and may edit for formatting, decline, or remove any post at any time for any reason.
- By posting, you allow us to display and distribute your listing on the Site and in alert emails.
Actors
Use your own judgment when responding to any listing. Never pay to audition, and report anything suspicious. We review listings, but we can’t verify every detail and don’t guarantee that any listing is accurate, legitimate, or still available.
Prohibited use
Don’t use the Site for spam, scams, harassment, adult services, scraping, or anything illegal, and don’t try to interfere with its security or operation.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from listings, auditions, productions, or interactions between users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
