Midwest Casting Call (“we,” “us”) is operated by A Classic Car Sale LLC, 6481 Lincoln St, Gagetown, MI 48735. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Actor alert sign-ups: your name, email, city and state, union status, playing-age range, and the project types you choose, plus the consent you gave, the time, your IP address, and browser type.
- Casting call posts: the listing details you submit and your private contact name, email, and phone. Contact details are used only for review and are not shown publicly unless you include them in the “how to submit” instructions.
- Reports: the reason and details you send, and your email if you choose to provide it.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and basic request data for security, spam prevention, and reliability.
How we use it
- To send casting alerts you asked for and to run the audition board.
- To review casting calls, contact posters with questions, and keep the site free of scams and spam.
- To comply with the law and protect our users.
We do not sell your personal information. We don’t use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
Email alerts
Every alert email will include an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your sign-up at any time by emailing [email protected].
Service providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which stores submitted data on our behalf. We may use an email delivery provider to send alerts.
Retention
We keep sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Casting calls and reports are kept as long as needed to run and protect the board.
Children
Actor sign-ups are for adults 18 and older. Parents or guardians may sign up on behalf of a minor actor using their own contact information.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
